Another foodie favorite! In times of rainy and gloomy weather, there is no better meal to have then ramen! There is something just so special about having a big bowl of noodles and broth to slurp from. Really… there just isn’t!

If you have never had the pleasure of enjoying a nice bowl of ramen, then what are you waiting for? No, but for real, ramen is the cup noodles of them all. It is the much better version of Ramen Noodles that every college student has had to whip out and make for a quick and thoughtless meal.

The best part about ramen, besides its deliciousness, is the amazing probiotic benefits you may consume! I am not a health expert and nor do I know all about Pre- and or Probiotics, but in a nutshell, these pre and probiotics help your stomach digest in a healthier more efficient way and feed your stomach gut with good bacteria needed to function smoothly every day! I don’t believe people in America and other places besides Asian countries consume it enough, let alone, are even informed on the superb health benefits probiotics contain.

But not all ramens are made the same. If you really want to consume the probiotic goodness, I would recommend ordering ramen that contains miso or kimchi broth. Both miso and kimchi are great probiotic packed powerhouses. If you have never had kimchi before, the taste might be a little getting used to. It is after all fermented cabbage and other little ingredients depending on how it is made. Kimchi does have a spice to it, so eater beware!
